David Schwimmer’s Film On Workplace Harassment Is Brilliant. You’ve To Watch To Know Why.

David Schwimmer is best known as Ross from the famous sitcom F.R.I.E.N.D.S. And the way in which he is fighting sexual harassment will definitely make you speak up.

This video, uploaded by Cosmopolitan.com, is a part of a series of six short films directed by the Israeli-American director, Sigal Avin. She realised that there was no visual content to show people what sexual harassment really meant and so she decided to work on this striking project.

David Schwimmer has produced these short films which are based on real life events. It is called #ThatsHarassment and Schwimmer says,

“The whole purpose of this is to encourage people and to give them the courage to speak out if they’re a victim themselves of harassment, or if they witness or are aware of sexual harassment.”

It makes me proud that David Schwimmer has stood up for women and has set an example by being a major part of such a powerful project. I am sure that women all over the world will find solidarity through this project and understand that keeping quiet will never help!
