The 93rd Annual Academy Awards were held last night and the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor went to actor Daniel Kaluuya for his role in the movie ‘Judas and the Black Messiah’. And like many winners, he too thanked his mom for all her love and support saying,
“I’d like to thank my mom. Thank you so much for pouring into me. You gave me everything. You gave me your factory settings, so I could stand at my fullest height.”

Then things got a bit weird as he continued his acceptance speech. TOI quoted him adding,
“It’s incredible. My mom met my dad, they had sex, it’s amazing. Do you know what I’m saying? I’m here, do you know what I mean? I’m so happy to be alive, so I’m going to celebrate that tonight.”

HuffPost reports that his family’s reactions were caught on camera as they watched the event from London. His sister was visibly embarrassed while his mom looked confused and said, “What’s he going on about?”

At the press conference after the ceremony, he remarked, “I think that’s pretty obvious that all our parents had sex. Like, what’s going on? That just came out of my mouth. My mom is probably gonna text me some stuff, but, um, here we are.”
