While the order to take the restaurant down given by the Deputy Collector’s office was adhered to on Friday morning, the Supreme Court has currently ordered a stay on the demolition until the matter is being heard by the court. It will next hear the matter on Sept 16, reported Republic World.
“There shall be a stay on demolition with respect to structure in Survey No. 42.10 subject to the appellants not undertaking any commercial activities in respect of structures,” the court said.

The said nightclub earlier garnered eyeballs when Indian actress and politician Sonali Phogat was spotted partying at the nightclub hours before she was brought dead to a hospital in North Goa.
It was also alleged that the actress was drugged at the restaurant, some traces of which were recovered from the restaurant’s washroom.
We hope the cops and the authorities work efficiently to hold the person responsible.
