I understand that the fashion industry is an extremely competitive space. I also understand that there is too much pressure on creators to come up with clothing items and accessories that will not just make a statement but also sell like popcorn. What I don’t understand is why do brands make and sell items with zero utility at a shocking (due to the lack of a better word) price.
I say this because someone thought it would be a great idea to sell a ‘crystal chair bag’. This “bag” is a miniature folding chair with the storage capacity of absolutely nothing. What is even worse is that this useless “bag” sells for 908 USD (Rs 66.4k approximately ).
According to News18, a video of the bag has gone viral and people are calling it the “most ridiculous bag” ever.
