CRPF Dog Rescues Man Trapped Under Landslide Debris, Netizens Praise The 4-Legged Hero!

One of the most significant parts of the Indian Army is its dogs. Sniffing their way to alert jawans of trouble and pulling them out of dangerous territories, army dogs have been responsible for saving uncountable lives.

In a recent incident, a CRPF dog rescued a manĀ trapped under the debris of a landslide which had taken place near the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Ramban district.

According to NDTV,Ā the bomb disposal squad of 72nd battalion CRPF was conducting checks at the highway when the dog, Ajaxi, spotted the trapped man and started giving “alerting signals” to the jawans.

On receiving signals from the dog, the jawans started searching the areaĀ and found the man trapped under the debris of the landslide which had allegedly occurred the previous night.

“Kumar (the rescued man) is being administered medical aid but is currently unable to speak due to the shock of the incident,” an officer said.
