Urging people to practice self-isolation, Kartik is seen elaborating on the importance of social distancing in limiting the spread of coronavirus. He asked people to take the pandemic seriously and stay home instead of walking in parks, visiting relatives and rushing to work in a bid to save the economy.

“It’s not the summer holidays, have some shame. IPL, NBA, Premier League, schools, colleges, everything is closed. Movie releases have been postponed, but you won’t stop,” he says in the video.

Kartik also urged people to take the advice of social distancing given by American immunologist, Anthony Fauci, seriously. “Don’t party, don’t travel or meet people, do Netflix, work from home, spend time with parents and trust each other,” he said in the video.

We hope his message has reached all his fans around the country and they stop wandering out and stay home contributing their bit in keeping a check on the spread of coronavirus.
