After Ananya Panday Compares Her Father To Tony Stark, Memes Flood Social Media

Actor Ananya Panday made her Bollywood debut with Punit Malhotra’s Student of the Year 2 and will soon be seen in the remake of Pati Patni aur Woh. Constantly being in the limelight, her professional, as well as personal life, has often come under the scanner. There have been debates on nepotism and rumours that her admission to the University of Southern California was all a lie.

The Times of India reports that the actor and her father Chunky Panday recently joined Farah Khan on her show ‘Backbenchers’. Tweeting a photo from the sets, Ananya compared her father’s appearance to that of Tony Stark aka Robert Downey Jr.

While Chunky Panday did sport a goatee and sunglasses reminiscent of the Marvel superhero and Bhumi Pednekar agreed with the assessment, the comparison did not go down well with Twitter. Needless to say, a flurry of jokes and memes soon took over the internet.
