We often come across people whining about their harsh and stressful time at work. While we keep mourning about a rude boss or the long office hours, employees at a sales firm in China, literally have to go through hell on underperforming.
In an extreme case of torture, workers at a sales company in the southwestern province of Guizhou were forced to drink urine and eat cockroaches after they failed to match their targets.
According to Mirror, the brutal punishment which was declared by the business leaders also saw the employees being gently whipped with a belt.
A video which is going viral on social platforms clearly shows the underperforming employees taking up a cup of urine each and drinking them in front of a presentation screen.

However, that’s not the only way in which the company abuses its members. Other forms of retribution include shaving of heads in public and drinking water from the toilet bowl.
Staffs who fail to walk in on time or without being dressed formally are charged with a fine of 50 yuan or $7.20 (521 INR) for each offence. Three of the company’s managers of the home renovation company have been taken into custody. They will face a detention of five to ten days.
This is simply insane. This world needs a bit of humanity to be restored in it. PERIOD.
