After Idli Soaked In Chai, Twitter Reacts To Person Eating Chicken Tikka Dipped In Tea

Last year, (technically four days ago) remember how we were graced by this unusual sight of someone eating the most sought after South Indian dish, idli with chai? Well, many people were disappointed by this Reddit user (@pocoschick) for trying the weird combination. And among them was someone who was exasperated suggested ‘dipping chicken tandoori in tea’ as a joke.

Well, guess what? They tried it!

After offending the country’s tea lovers (who are probably 90% of the population) and the possessive idli lovers, the user posted yet another video and this time it’s tandoori chicken dunked in tea, reported News18.

In the video, the user is seen pouring chai in a bowl of chicken tikka chunks, giving it a quick mix and then consuming the deadly combination.

Hey, Guys! When I posted the tea & idli video, u/wromit suggested that I should try "tandoori leg" with tea. I couldn’t find a leg piece, but I found what they call "Tikka." At first, I wasn’t too sure about it, but after I tried it, I’m really digging the flavor. The after-taste was decent. from india

Luckily, she couldn’t find a leg piece hence, decided to use the “Tikka” for this experiment. And as expected, people online had a lot to say about it.

Some users also suggested her to try new combinations and I think it’s a BAD IDEA!
