Chennai Man’s Horrifying Act Of Sexually Assaulting Puppies Gets Caught On CCTV, Arrested

Heinous acts by humans know no bounds. How can we claim ourselves to be “civilized” and “developed” if every day we come across cases of brutality and bestiality, sometimes crimes so unimaginable that it shakes our very core?

Cases of men raping and killing dogs have been reported frequently. And seems like there is no end to it.

A 30-year old Chennai man has been recently accused of sexually assaulting four puppies in an empty ground at Marthur near Madhavaram.

The accused who was identified as Bhaskar, a Madhavaram resident, is allegedly a repeat offender.

He was seen engaging in the awful act by locals who were passing by. Shocked at his conduct, they lashed at him but he was quick to flee the spot.

However, surrounding CCTV cameras caught footage of the assault and Sai Vignesh, an activist, decided to lodge a complaint against him.

Vignesh revealed that the accused was seen sexually assaulting puppies at second cross street in MMDA colony last month, adding that even then locals spotted him and scared him away.

The perpetrator, Bhaskar, has been arrested and is booked under section 294 of the Indian Penal Code, charging him of performing obscene acts in public.

Sources reveal that the CCTV footage is being examined to gather further evidence against Bhaskar in order to produce to the court.
