According to the cops, Cyrus Mistry was traveling from Ahmedabad to Mumbai by road when his car hit the divider. Out of the four people who were traveling in the car, two of them died on the spot of the accident while the other two remain in the hospital.

As to a report by DNA, the four injured people traveling in the car were immediately taken to a nearby government hospital in Kasa. However, the doctor declared them “brought dead”.

“At first, two patients were brought which included Cyrus Mistry and Jahangir Pandol. Both of them were brought dead. The locals who brought them told us that Cyrus Mistry had died on the spot. Jahangir Pandol was alive on the spot, however, he died during the transit. We declared him dead around 5 pm,” said Dr. Shubham Singh.

He added, “After 10 minutes, the second ambulance came with the other two patients. Both had injuries. Both of them were given first aid treatment and shifted to a higher centre. Their relatives shifted them to Rainbow hospital, from where they were airlifted to Mumbai.”

Among the many people who extended their condolences and grieved the passing away of Mistry were several Bollywood celebs including Anupam Kher, Suniel Shetty, and Boman Irani.

It’s sad to hear this news. However, ever since his accident, people are talking about road safety in India and how lightly it’s taken.
