9 YO Bullied Boy Cancels Disneyland Trip, Decides To Donate The ₹3.4 Cr To Charity

A 9-year-old boy from Australia, Quaden Bayles, was bullied for his dwarfism. After a video of him crying inconsolably and expressing suicidal thoughts after a bullying episode went viral, love and support from all over the world came pouring in. Comedian Brad Williams raised a total of 475,000 USD (3.4 CR INR approx) so that the boy can visit Disneyland!

However, Quaden Bayles has decided to cancel his trip to Disneyland and donate the entire amount to charity, reports News18.

“What kid wouldn’t want to go to Disneyland, especially if you have lived Quaden’s life. To escape to anywhere that is fun that doesn’t remind him of his day to day challenges,” said Quaden’s mother.

“But my sister said, ‘You know what, let’s get back to the real issue’. This little fella has been bullied. How many suicides, black or white, in our society have happened due to bullying. We want the money to go to community organisations that really need it.”

“So as much as we want to go to Disneyland, I think our community would far off benefit from that,” she added.

Quaden maybe just 9 years old, but he has one of the biggest hearts we have come across!
