According to The Mirror, LELO UK is a ‘sex and intimacy brand’ which allows off days to its employees for masturbating. Yes, you have read that correctly. With the unusual step, the company also became the first in the world to flatter their employees with ‘self-love days.’
The brand also encourages the employees to have plenty of orgasms on the allotted off day and fulfill their sexual urges. How you do it, is completely your choice though!
In case you are wondering, LELO also have a reason behind the strange move. The officials at the firm believe that having a day for satisfying oneself sexually, will reduce stress and boost productivity.
Not only that, but they had even carried out a survey to support their policy. The study revealed that 78% of Britons say orgasms make them happier, whether they have them alone or with a partner. According to Yahoo, a further 66% stated that they are more productive after an orgasm.
Speaking about the same, Rachael Nsofor, a spokesperson for LELO UK, said that an employee can take up to 4 off days for ‘self-love’.
“Being sexually fulfilled and satisfied is something that we at LELO UK feel is a basic human right and it’s completely free! And as a result of this research, we’re delighted to introduce a new initiative where we are offering our UK employees the opportunity to take up to four days a year as a “self love day”.
“We hope our UK staff use them to do whatever they want to explore their happiness and what makes them tick with the hope that they’ll come to work the next day with a spring in their step and be as productive as possible.”
