Brienne of Tarth aka Oathkeeper wore an Iris Van Herpen gown from the Spring 2019 couture collection and quickly became the internet’s new queen. In the show, Brienne pledged her loyalty to Catelyn Stark and after her demise devoted herself to protecting her daughter Sansa in Winterfell. There are only 9 days left until Game of Thrones season 8 airs worldwide and I can’t help but wonder what’s in store for her as the battle with the Night King draws nearer.
Until then, people have ‘officially’ declared Gwendoline Christie their ‘one true Queen’ and sworn lifelong allegiance to her.
