It is only natural that we would want our loved ones by our side on all the big occasions of our lives. However, after Suvanya lost her father to cancer, she came up with a heartwarming way to feel his presence on the day of her wedding.
In a video that has now gone viral, Suvanya revealed how her father had written her a letter on her birthday. She framed that letter and read it whenever she felt alone.
“For my birthday last year, papa had written a letter to me. He carefully crafted it with utmost honesty and love in an attempt to convey what I mean to him. The effort he made is beyond me. He chose to write the same letter in both blue and black ink giving so much thought to what I’d prefer,” she says.

“I really wanted to feel his presence at the wedding, in a way that I can always hold on to just like his letter,” she adds.
So Suvanya decided to get a few words from the letter embroidered on her bright red wedding veil. “From my heart to yours,” read an inscription.
