When you come across a noble cause, do you always donate for it?
I am guessing not always. Because not all of us are millionaires or billionaires. We do not have unlimited resources to be able to donate for all the causes out there and save lives.
But saving a life doesn’t always require money, sometimes all it requires is the will to do so.
In this video shared by Our Better World, we meet Wilson, a general person like you and I who has a family and a job and lives in Singapore. He wanted to help save someone’s life and he did that by donating his bone marrow to an old lady suffering from leukemia. The woman who barely had a month to live is now living a happy life and is grateful to him.
For him, it wasn’t a big deal. Earlier, he was influenced by many myths that his relatives and friends told him, but he didn’t let any whims change his decision. After watching his heartfelt story, I am sure that like him, we can also bring a change.
