After Being Accused Of Beating A Horse, BJP MLA Ganesh Joshi Adds His Side Of The Story

A BJP MLA has been caught between two sides of the story.

BJP MLA Ganesh Joshi was accused of beating up a police horse which was deployed to control the protest against Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat.

The protestors had gheraoed the Uttarakhand Assembly as they believed the state assembly didn’t perform well on all fronts, but the protest took an ugly turn when the MLA allegedly lost his cool and lathi charged the poor police horse.

The horse was taken to the Indian Military Academy’s Veterinary Hospital, where the doctors declared that the horse will have to be amputated.

 

Witnessing such a deplorable condition of the poor animal, people went on a ranting spree on Twitter. Here’s what they said:

While people were sympathising with the condition of the horse, the BJP MLA has come out with a stand of his own; claiming that he didn’t beat up the horse, and the media is purporting a false truth.

His official Facebook account has a video that apparently is the ‘reality’ and a long explanation follows where he blamed the role of paid media.

Well, these are the two sides of the coin, but we can only wait and watch as to see what the ‘truth’ really is.
