However, after seeing the current prices of real estate properties located in metropolitan cities in India, one might have second, third, and fourth thoughts or give up the idea entirely,

However, a user on Twitter named Arati compared apartment prices in Bhandup, Maharastra, and Rochester, New York state. For Rs 70 lakh, a person would get a 350 square feet apartment in Bhandup.

However, for 80,000 USD (Rs 66 lakhs approx), they could get a 1,200 square feet, 3-bedroom apartment in Rochester.

That’s not all. For 230K USD or Rs 1.90 crore approx, one can buy a 2-BHK apartment in Vikhroli, a suburb of Mumbai.

And for the same price, they could buy a 1300 square feet 2-BHK apartment in a well-connected Dubai suburb that’s a 15-minute drive away from Palm Jumeirah.
