Irrespective of whether you’re a DC or Marvel fan, I am sure you have dreamt about riding the “Batmobile” at least one in your life. After all, Batman’s magnificent ride is a complete hi-tech beauty. While we are drooling over Robert Pattinson’s images in the ‘Batsuit’, we can’t wait to see the Batmobile back in action.

Recently, an almost life-size replica of the “Batmobile” was seized in central Moscow, Russia. The vehicle, which was too wide for the city’s streets, was towed by the Moscow traffic police, reports News 18. They were concerned about the road safety regulations as the dimensions of the vehicle “exceeded acceptable norms”.

The vehicle, which was apparently “not manufactured within factory conditions” was towed away wrapped in tape and black plastic, reports BBC. Have a look at the entire video:

According to the police, the car was assembled illegally. It was reportedly built in the United States and then customized in Russia at a private workshop. The workshop had eventually turned it into a replica of the vehicle featured in the 2016 film “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice”.

The 32-year-old unnamed owner of the car is now being investigated on three different charges. The first one is the lack of documentation for the vehicle. The other two include – its alleged excessive size and the irregular features that are not allowed for road-driven vehicles. The “Batmobile” owner faces a fine for violating the traffic laws. He will now have to clear all his dues to get the car back.

While we loved the “Batmobile” replica, following traffic rules and regulations is always a must. Road safety comes before everything else.
