According to Manorama Online, the baby who played the role of the great Mahendra Baahubali is a girl named Akshitha Valslan!

Akshitha is the daughter of Smitha and Valslan. Valslan was the production executives during the Kerala stint of the film and that is how baby Akshitha landed this role of a lifetime. 

She was all of 18 days when she played the infant warrior prince and shot all her scenes in a span of 5 days.

Apparently, a picture of Prabhas went viral recently in which he was said to be holding her.

While many reports suggest otherwise that the baby was another fan in Prabhas’s arms, we are delighted to think, that it was really her! Adorable no?
