In October 2021, Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau following a raid at an alleged rave party on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai. Aryan was charged for the “purchase, possession and use of banned substances”.
He went on to spend almost a month in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail, after which he was given bail but with many restrictions. And now, after several months, NCB has given a clean chit to Aryan, reported ETimes.

NCB’s Special Investigation Team (SIT) claimed in a report, “It appeared that the investigating officer was somehow motivated to implicate Aryan Khan in the drug case.” It was also added that there’s no evidence that has been found against him in the case and the WhatsApp chats that were recovered from him held “no value”.
According to NDTV, anti-narcotics officer Sameer Wankhede, who initially investigated the case is now facing action for allegedly submitting a “fake caste certificate” and “shoddy investigation” into the drugs case.
While many were happy that Aryan Khan’s name was cleared, some highlighted the trauma that was caused to him and questioned how would he recover from it. They also demanded for appropriate action to be taken against the previous investigation officers.
Sameer who? Er sorry, where? Ah! Probably very busy being a righteous, publicity shy officer elsewhere? So much of a mess to clean up after all. And who better than the least corrupt of them all to cure society of all evil & rot. Except this time,no selfies allowed. #truthprevails

The only good thing which came about in #AryanKhan case is him being a celebrity @iamsrk ‘s son , it helped in vastly exposing the inefficiency and recklessness of various agencies subjecting innocent people to harassment which otherwise the common people can’t and won’t know of

It is now admitted that there was no evidence against Aryan Khan
Who will bear responsibility for the trauma of the young man?

Aryan Khan may have been given clean chit by the law but the trauma he has suffered all these days will be with him forever. Shame the media stooped so low to get cheap points. #AryanKhan

Why was Aryan Khan arrested in the very first place ? Hasn't it been always like this out there ? #JustWondering . Remember a car drove all by itself on the footpath and killed 4 homeless people.

We hope that Aryan Khan and his family are able to soon recover from the mental torture that was inflicted on them.
