Susan Fowler, an ex-Uber employee, sent shockwaves across the Internet when she leveled sexual harassment claims against her former bosses at Uber.
Now an anonymous user with the username Indian Fowler, inspired by Susan Fowler, came out with her own harassment story in a blog named The Indian Uber – That is TVF.
She alleged that TVF founder Arunabh Kumar molested her for over 2 years. In her own words, “the molestations were a routine.”
“Right from Pitchers to Tripling, I was molested. Be it in parties where Arunabh would try to lift me or would try and fall on me pretending he is drunk.”
The blog created an uproar on the Internet. Many people took to Twitter to discuss the subject further –
1. Amit Golani, who works for TVF came out in support of Arunabh

2. Comedian Aditi Mittal also pitched in
Amit, why are there more than 9 women/young girls with this claim? How is everyone coming out to tell a concerted lie AT THE SAME TIME? https://t.co/mgWIzhWCBe

3. AIB comedian Ashish Shakya also commented on the matter
Sickened by all the allegations coming to the fore. There's no place for such behaviour in 2017.

4. Tanmay Bhat expressed what he went through yesterday
Much to process after all that's been read today. I hope there's a fair investigation that's followed in the coming days to come.

5. Nidhi Bisht of TVF said that this was an attempt to defame Arunabh and TVF.
5 yrs at TVF & no memory of who this Female employee is. It's a baseless fictitious allegation. Haters pls don't stoop down to this level 🙁

Aayushi Agarwal, a non-anonymous person, came forward and used her real profile to talk about how even she faced the same problem at TVF. She even alleged that TVF is NOT a place for women at all.
On the same post, TVF vehemently denied the accusations. They went on to even say that they will get to the bottom of this, find the writer and bring her to ‘severe justice.’
After Aayushi Agarwal commented, more women started speaking up. Rafiya Khan and Reema Sengupta wrote two FB posts about it.
Rafiya Khan has alleged that Arunabh Kumar ‘slid his hands’ on her back ‘from the neck to her waist’.

Arunabh challenged the victim to come out and lodge a formal complaint. He still denies any wrongdoing and gave an outrageous statement to Mumbai Mirror today.
Where TVF founder blames his behaviour on being a heterosexual male. If all Indian men aren't embarrassed by this we have bigger problems. pic.twitter.com/aR2cceOhJx

Whether you believe in the allegations or not, there should be an independent and impartial investigation into the claims because the claims are very serious and one too many.
