Imagine a world without art. Any kind of art. No music, dance forms, movies, theatre, paintings, sculptures, fashion or architectural marvels. While this may seem doable, in reality, it would be a harsh bland world. Art is such a vital part of our existence without us even realising it half the time. It has the power to heal and inspire.
And one artist chose to use her talent to make a difference.
This 30-year-old artist from Brazil has been illustrating strong women and their daily struggles for over 4 years. Meet Carol Rossetti:
She started ‘The Woman Project’ to start a dialogue about feminism with people from outside of the activist movements. It aims to start a conversation on how sexism affects the daily lives of women.
