Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora broke their 17-year-old marriage to part ways in 2017. They still share a cordial relationship and are often spotted together on lunch and dinner outings with their son Arhaan. Though their marriage could not last, they have made sure to make everyone believe that they have no bitter feelings for each other and are happy in their lives.
Talking about what circumstances made them call off their years-long marriage, Arbaaz told Good Times, “Everything seemed fine but it crumbled. Things don’t work out, and it’s only fair that two people who want to take their life in their own hands will take that decision.”
When asked if he still believes in marriages and would think of tying the knot again Arbaaz said, “There’s a good chance that it might happen in my life again.”
“I am not going to say that ‘Oh I am going to be disillusioned by the fact that oh this has not worked’ so I am never going to think in that direction. Maybe I will….Let’s see whenever that opportunity or the person or the scenario arises but I have not gone disillusioned or bitter by that now,” he said.
He also opened up about how things have changed ever since his rumored girlfriend Georgia entered his life.
“When you are living alone then you tend to take life casually. You can either change for the better or probably for the worst. You can get addicted to a bottle or you may think that there is nothing left in your life. Fortunately, I was not in that mindset and my partner encourages me to remain positive and go ahead in life,” he said.
