Everywhere we look there are examples of talented and gritty women whose life stories are nothing short of amazing. From 16-year-old climate activist Greta Thunberg to legendary boxer and world #1 Mary Kom, they are an inspiration for everyone to take on the world with confidence. They teach us that with hard work, even the most difficult of tasks is possible. And now, another Indian woman has made us all proud at the international level.
Meet Anshula Kant, currently serving as SBI’s Managing Director. On Friday, she was named the next Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the World Bank Group! Isn’t that fantastic? Moreover, she’s the first female to hold the CFO position.
