After Sushant Singh Rajput’s father filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and her family, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has been investigating the case from the angle of possible money laundering. Rhea, her brother Showik, Sushant’s alleged creative content manager Siddharth Pithani were all summoned by ED and interrogated.
However, yesterday the ED claimed that Sushant had been paying off the EMI to the tune of Rs. 4.5 crore on behalf of his former girlfriend, Ankita Lokhande.

But it’s been now proved that ED’s claim is questionable. Because Ankita took to her official Twitter and Instagram accounts to share flat registration documents and her bank statements that clearly show the EMI amount being deducted from her own account.
She says,
Here I cease all the speculations. As transparent as I could be. My Flat’s Registration as well as my Bank Statements (01/01/19 to 01/03/20) highlighting the EMIs being deducted from my account on monthly basis. There is nothing more I have to say 🙏
Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti too commented on Ankita’s post supporting her.
While Ankita puts to rest this accusation, the nationwide chorus to demand a fair CBI investigation into the complicated Sushant Singh Rajput death incident has been steadily gaining momentum.
