Furious With Poor Service, Angry Man Smashes His Phone In Two Halves At Store Counter

Customer care services are often very careless in resolving the issues of their customers. Sometimes even after making several rounds of phone calls and store visits, they fail to solve the problems. Moreover, when it comes to product replacement or refund, the process becomes endless and painstaking!

The never-ending process of getting your issues solved at a customer service counter requires immense patience. But when the issue is about our modern day life-line – the mobile phone, how can someone expect us to be patient about it and for how long? We end up losing it and there are no ifs and buts about it!

Similarly, a Haryana man who was promised a replacement of his Samsung A7 handset within a week lost his cool when the customer services could not refund or replace his device even after 15 days. So much so that the furious man ended up smashing his phone on the counter.

In the viral video, the man fuming with anger is seen ranting about the poor services of the store. Towards the end of the video, the man breaks his Rs. 21,000 phone almost in two halves and throws it at the employee in the store.
