Amitabh Bachchan’s Blast From The Past Is Sridevi And A Peeved-Looking Salman Khan!

A blast from the past can be exciting to relive and this is precisely the thrill Big B hopes to achieve. Amitabh Bachchan seemed a touch nostalgic as he dipped into his memory bank sharing a picture with yesteryear actress Sridevi just days before her first death anniversary later this month.

Intriguingly, the photo includes Salman Khan and Aamir Khan apart from himself and the late actress! The picture was taken in London a few decades ago when Big B took along Sridevi, Salman and Aamir for their debut concert experience.

An earlier social media post was when the actor had first mentioned the trip. But he shared more details from the trip on his new post which features a photograph from what appears to be the rehearsals ahead of the show, reports NDTV.

In the photo from London’s Wembley Stadium, Sridevi, dressed in her signature retro persona, can be seen accompanying Amitabh Bachchan. Salman can barely contain his excitement while Aamir appears to be bemused by the happenings.

Here’s what the 76-year-old said about the 1990 concert-

“My concert at Wembley Stadium… first ever by Indian… I took Sridevi, Aamir and Salman for their first concert… 70,000 people… historic! This is the Wembley Stadium before it was rebuilt and altered… you see the altered now often on Premier League Football,” Big B wrote.

Now, it’s time we took a look at Big B’s first throwback post from December 2017 that was Instagrammed just months before Sridevi’s tragic end. Here’s where he shares that Sridevi performed to the song Jumma Chumma from the movie Hum, even before its release in 1991 at the Wembley concert. Neelam Kothari had also accompanied them to London.

However, a fan tweeted a clearer pic of senior Bachchan’s post-

B-town has never been the same since Sridevi’s demise in February last year. Big B was among the first to pen down a heart-wrenching note on his blog on March 1 after Sridevi was cremated with state honours in Mumbai.
