Kalank Teaser: Alia Bhatt And Varun Dhawan’s Eternal Love Story Looks All Regal And Dramatic

The teaser of Karan Johar’s period drama Kalank is finally out. The film which is set in the 1940s gets regal and royal with every frame in the teaser. The makers of Kalank kept the curiosity among the fans stirring by revealing a series of posters of the characters and stills from the film one by one.

The teaser gives a little more detail about every character in the film in the most majestic way possible. Alia Bhatt as Roop exudes vibrancy as soon as she enters the frame.

Right from the way she looks at her love Zafar (Varun Dhawan) to the scene where she is sitting beside Dev (Aditya Roy Kapur) as a bride, she looks like a dream throughout the teaser.

Varun Dhawan with his chiseled muscles and abs is seen ‘flirting with life and danger’ in the teaser as Zafar. He is completely in the skin of his character as you can also watch him exhibiting his strength while fighting bulls in the teaser.

Sonakshi Sinha as Satya is seen sharing some romantic scenes with Aditya Roy Kapur’s character Dev in the teaser. Her character which was introduced as ‘the one who holds the family together’ turns out to be stronger in the teaser.

Sanjay Dutt’s intense Balraj Chaudhary looks like he is up for some serious actions and strategies in the film. His role would certainly turn the tables in the love story of Roop and Zafar it seems.

Madhuri Dixit does not appear much in the teaser. But as much as she does she looks surreal and intriguing.

Looking at the majestic regal teaser of Kalank, Karan Johar seems to have walked Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s way for his dream project. The teaser, however, does not give many glimpses into the plot of the film and has certainly kept the fans guessing.

All we can do is wait for the trailer launch to get some more hints about the eternal love story of Alia and Varun’s characters in the film!
