We can only dream of the clothes and shoes celebrities wear in their day-to-day lives. They wear luxury brands like Louis Vuitton and Gucci like they are sold in the roadside bazaars for Rs 200. To call them “simple” would be an understatement.
However, India Today recently reported that Alia Bhatt wore chappals worth R 4,000 for her doctor’s visit and called it “simplicity”. Rs 4,000 chappals = simplicity? This is how much my monthly groceries cost!
