Sports aficionados know exactly how high spirited games can be. Be it golf or tennis or football, once you are sucked into the tempo of the match, the adrenaline flowing through your body is tremendous. Each missed chance feels devastating and every victory during the course of the game sends your senses into overdrive.
German tennis star Alexander Zverev is no different. During his 2nd round match against Nikoloz Basilashvili at the ATP Shanghai Masters on Wednesday, he saw many such moments.
Despite Basilashvili putting up a tough resistance, Zverev managed to beat the Georgian 7-5, 6-4 to reach the 3rd round.
One moment in the match though went viral for hilarious reasons.
After hitting a backhand winner, the 21-year-old let out a mighty roar with a fist pump, scaring an unsuspecting ball boy in his path.
Though I do feel bad for the poor boy, I’ve got to admit this clip made me laugh. Watch:
