With the temperatures touching the 40-degree mark, we are literally struggling to cope up with the peak summer months. However, a resident in Ahmedabad seems to have figured out a solution to the universal problem. At least, when she is in her car!
In a bid to keep her car cool, Mrs. Sejal Shah coated her car completely with cow dung. The photos of the car, which has now become brown in color, was uploaded on Facebook by Rupesh Gauranga Das. He wrote,
“Best use of cow dung I have ever seen. It’s in Amdavad. To counter 45 degrees heat temperatures and protect car from getting hot. Mrs. Sejal shah has plastered her car with cow dung. Getting cool.”
For those who do not know, Ahmedabad is no less than a burning ground right now with the temperature rising up to 45 degrees. And hence, Mrs. Shah took upon the age-old practice of applying cow dung which you often see in rural areas.
