People often ask someone who’s been in an abusive relationship, why they didn’t just end things earlier. Surely, you must’ve known what sort of a person you’re dealing with. But the truth is, the victims of abuse in a relationship are often oblivious to the reality until things go too far. Some might say “All is fair in love and war,” and that’s where the true problem lies.
Ex-Big Boss contestant and actor Armaan Kohli is in trouble for exactly this reason.
A case has been registered against Armaan for allegedly physically assaulting his live-in partner and girlfriend, Neeru Randhawa.
Neeru is a fashion stylist and according to NDTV, the duo has apparently been living together since 2015, after meeting through mutual friends in Dubai.
Ms Randhawa has been hospitalised in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital after suffering injuries to her head and knee after Armaan allegedly hit her.
According to Times Of India, the incident occurred on Sunday evening after the actor reportedly got out of control and attacked Randhawa at his residence in Santacruz.
DNA quoted Neeru as having said:
The case has been registered under the Indian Penal Code sections 323, 326, 504 and 506, at Mumbai’s Santacruz police station.

Santacruz police senior inspector Shantanu Pawar was quoted by Times Of India as:
“In the complaint, Randhawa said, that Armaan got physical and fought with her over financial matter. She suffered injuries on her forehead and knee after Armaan pushed and banged her on floor.”
The police had visited Armaan’s Santacruz flat late on Sunday, but the Prem Ratan Dhan Payo actor was not available.
Neeru also mentions that Armaan has been sending her messages since Sunday, asking her to come back home and that he even promised to get married to her right away if she does. However, she says she has had enough. Whatever the truth of the matter is, we hope that justice is served soon.
