Abhishek Bachchan may not have struck gold lately on the box office, but when it comes to his Twitter run, @juniorbachchan never disappoints. The man is fiercely protective about his family and slaps on his sharp wit every time he has to take on a troll who speaks ill of them.
Remember the time he fired a sassy reply to someone who called Aishwarya an ‘arrogant mom’? Or when an internet troll overstepped his limits by turning Aradhya into a meme?
His point is, you can hate him, mock him for his movies, and deride for ‘not being as successful’ as his legendary father, but you dare not cross those personal boundaries! A message that one internet troll was a little too late to receive.
A Twitter user tried to be funny with their jibe at Abhishek Bachchan still living with his parents.
Ummm… okay. In a country that gave you the joint family and Hum Saath Saath Hain, and where every second male lives with his parents, this joke feels a little too forced, IMO. You’d wonder, what makes Abhishek different from, say, our fathers, uncles, and brothers, who even after marriage, continue to live with their parents?
*scratches head*
But guess who had an apt reply up their sleeve? Junior Bachchan was quick with his retort, one that would definitely win him an award for the best beta!
I think if KJo’s seen this reply already, he’s probably planning a K3G sequel with AB and his baby!
When people asked him why he chose to dignify the troll’s tweet with a reply, Abhishek Bachchan fired another stern one.
Why would you even reply mr bachchan?? That's what they need "attention"..

They may get the attention, but what they also get is a lesson….
Sometimes
they need to be put in place.— Abhishek Bachchan (@juniorbachchan) April 17, 2018
Abhishek’s reply was appreciated by Twitter with lots of support, praise and emojis!
To quote Papa Bachchan from KBC, “Kaafi umda khele aap! Taaliyaan bajti rehni chahiye!”

2. No explanations owed!
Abhishek, you don’t owe any explanation to anyone on why you chose to live with your parents and not seperately. To be with one’s parents, to be able to take care of them in their old age is not something which everyone can do. I wish I could be with my parents all the time.

3. Wifey Ash too countered a similar situation and she brought it down!
I believe it was #AishwaryaRaiBachchan who taught Mr. Letterman that Indians don't believe in taking appointments with their parents for dinner. It is rather unfortunate if you feel an extra sense of glory or pride in living away from home. You must be fun at those dinners.

4. It’s his choice, right?
It’s a question of choice quite frankly. I wonder how some people assume that they are ‘entitled to mock’ others (on the basis of their career, looks, race, marital status, caste, anything) by making such uncalled for, provocative statements. Shows their class on the contrary.

5. The men in the same boat would like to thank Junior Bachchan!
Thanks Junior B for not making me feel guilt #seriouslysaying https://t.co/yss3NwWIFl

6. To each his own!
Read thread. Don't see how living with your parents makes you inadequate in any way. If it works for you, great. If not, that's great too. https://t.co/zs1H73Lwrz

7. What has success got to do with living/not living with your parents?
The class this man has in replying to trolls is one of the coolest things.
And it's strangely odd that success is being equated with living away from parents.
You rock, AB. @juniorbachchan Waiting for #Manmarziyan https://t.co/QYivtUF3Rg

8. Abhishek’s Guru dialogue comes to his defense!
Hey Abhishek
Mere Gaav me Ek Kahawat hai- "Jab Log Tumhare khilaaf bolne lagg jaaye na tab Samjh lo bahut tarakii kar rahe ho"
Ignore the Trolls pls

9. AB Junior be like… hold my beer!
Perfect reply doesn't exi… https://t.co/JLKpNfkD2V
— Colonel Chikara (@NakliNehru) April 17, 2018
Nice work there, Abhishek Bachchan! After all, it’s all about loving your parents and beings super proud of it!
