Aamir Khan is one fine actor who puts his heart and soul when he is working on a character for a movie. This is why most of his films do great at the box office.
However, in order to deliver his 100%, he often neglects to spend time with his family and friends.

And over the years, the ‘Lagaan’ actor has realized that when he’s doing a film he’s so lost in it that nothing else matters in his life. Hence, this time he has decided to take a break from being the star of the show and focus on his family.
During one of his press interactions, the actor said that he was about to come up with a film as an actor but now he has decided to not star in the film but will only be producing it.
“When I am doing a film as an actor, I get so lost in that that nothing else happens in my life. I was supposed to do a film after ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ called ‘Champions’. It’s a wonderful script, a beautiful story, and it’s a very heartwarming and lovely film. But I feel that I want to take a break, be with my family, with my mom, my kids.”
He feels that while he has been working for 35 years, he has single-mindedly been focused on his work.
“I feel that it’s not fair to people who are close to me. And it’s not fair to me as well. This is the time I feel I have to take some time off to be with them and actually experience life in a different way. I am looking forward to the next year, a year-and-a-half in which I am not working as an actor.”
He adds that he will be taking a break from acting for a considerable amount of time to enjoy his relationships more.
“For the first time, I will be actively not working as an actor and be working as a producer. So, I’ll be approaching other actors now to see which of them would agree to do the role which I was hoping to do. I’m in that stage in life where I feel I would like to enjoy my relationships.”
