Woman Gate Crashes Lover’s Wedding And Kidnaps The Groom At Gun Point. Ever Heard Of That?

Things you do for love.

Seeing an ex-lover get married, isn’t the best thing that can happen to you. Even if you have fallen out of love and know it inside out, that you are not made for each other; it still eats you up. But in Bollywood movies, you don’t let your ex-lover get married. You go, gate crash their wedding and kidnap them to win’em over!

But all this is the stuff that happens in the movies, right?

Wrong! Harimpur district’s Maudaha city witnesses not just a wedding abdution, but it’s first woman kidnapper EVER. Yeah! You read that right. Let me explain –

Ashok Yadav was getting married in Maudaha to a girl from Bhawanipur village. Customs and rituals were in procession, when a young armed woman walked in with a revolver. She stepped in the mandap and confronted Ashok. According to an eye-witness, she said –

“Pyaar humse kiya aur shaadi kisi aur se karoge? Yeh hum bardaasht nahi karenge.”

She grabbed Ashok by the collar, shoved him into the car and drove away, while no one did anything. Ashok’s relatives then informed the police and told them about the kidnapping.

Police of Maudaha says that Ashok was the compounder at a doctor’s clinic. The woman who kidnapped him worked in the same clinic. They were in a relationship before Ashok decided to marry another girl.

Police said that after Ashok’s marriage was fixed, he stopped attending her calls, replying to her SMS and Whatsapp messages.

DCP of Maudaha police found it impossible to fathom that a woman gate crashed a wedding and no one did anything. He thinks all of this was rather staged. He says –

“How can a woman kidnap a grown man in front of so many people? Nobody tried to stop them or save the groom. In reality, the man willingly went away with the girl.”

Police is still looking for the kidnapper and Ashok. They have arrested Ashok’s brother and a few photographers for interrogation.

Wow! Too filmy for your taste?

*shuts the laptop and mumbles* Too much internet for today.
