When men first learn to cook in the kitchen, clean the house and deal with the maid and buy the groceries, they will finally understand how difficult the job of a homemaker is.
Sushma Swaraj, the guardian angel of every person in India, made the same suggestion to the Group of Ministers, as a national policy to improve women’s lives.
She said that men should be encouraged to learn home sciences and women should take up physical education, especially martial arts. This will remove the inherent gender bias in our society.
A Government source added –
“She told the meeting that encouraging men to study home science will help break the traditional mindset about women. In this way, men can also contribute to making women’s life better.”
Sushma Swaraj also added that even though men and women work today, the workload on women is much more than on men.
And she knows it firsthand. Because she successfully juggles BJP’s responsibilities, housework, and bringing up children.
Because she is one of the top woman politicians of the country, she has been invited to change the national policy for women. It is the first time in 16 years, the policy is being revised.
It aims to give women better opportunities. For example, if a woman is starting a business, the government has directed banks to give them higher loans.
And while this is view will hearten every woman out there, Sushma Swaraj’s husband applauded the statement with his usual classic humour!

He is referring to Sushma Swaraj learning martial arts! Lol.
While Sushmaji gives us feminism goals, Governor Swaraj gives us husband goals!
All in all, a commendable vision to bring gender parity in every home. The proposal will surely benefit the women.
