A Man Raped A Minor Girl In 2006. 3 Years After His Death, SC Sentences Him To Jail.

As the highest judiciary body of India, it is expected of the Supreme Court to mete out not only correct judgments, but also serve justice on time, and the situation becomes extremely shocking when the Supreme Court serves justice by sentencing a dead man.

The Supreme Court sentenced this man to 7 years imprisonment after finding him guilty of rape charges in 2015. The man died in 2012.

This man raped a minor girl back in 2006. After the court failed to find substantial evidence against him, the minor girl challenged the HC. Finally, on April 10, 2015, the SC convicted him and awarded him a sentence of 7 years in jail.

But only after passing the judgment, did they realize their mistake and withdraw it. Turns out the man had been killed by his own brother in 2012. Bizzare, right?
