Mark says, “Our culture is really simple. It’s based on trust and ambition.” Employees can choose to go any place they want. They can come back with bills and $2,000 worth of bills will be reimbursed by the company. So if they don’t use the money the whole year, they just lose it.

“You have cash, and if you don’t go on vacation and spend this money, the money literally goes to waste. It’s another level of saying this is real.”

 

Mark says that ever since this policy has come in place, people have been more efficient. Out of 250, only 5 employees have left the company and results are twice as better than before.
