If you think being a stay-at-home parent/mom/husband is an easy job and involves no work whatsoever, then my friend, this is just the right post for you.
A Florida-based tattoo artist Ryshell Castleberry wrote a tribute to all stay-at-home mothers on Facebook and it has spread like a wildfire.
She began the post with a hypothetical situation in which a husband is talking about his housewife to a psychologist.
Then, continued talking about the unending grind the housewive goes through.
Now, really all this is not deemed as ‘work’? Why?
She dons many hats and her job profile doesn’t give her a day-off or a sick-day. But she does it no matter what.
It is high-time that everyone appreciated the efforts put in by of our moms, sisters, friends, daughters. Actually, of whoever chooses to be a stay-at-home person – wife or a husband. They are the pillars on which the whole household stands and without them it just crumbles. So, next time, think hard before questioning anyone “You don’t go to work. What do you do all day at home?”
You can read the full post here.
*calls up mom and thanks her for all her efforts, yet again*
