Since Sofia Hayat announced that she has become a nun, she has been posting spiritual posts on her Instagram. Recently, she posted a few photos of her performing yoga in a crop top. This attracted a lot of flak from everyone who has the internet on the planet.

To this reaction to her pictures, Sofia Hayat uploaded this video asking why exactly was she targeted, raising a question none of us would’ve thought of.

Anyone who judges and criticizes, needs to clean their minds and look at this picture, and indeed every woman as a sacred being of creation. A Goddess. Those of you who know..I have had a shoulder and psoas injury caused by excess sport and particularly polo. It has been a year really since I have had no action..in the gym..ahem..anyway..I am back on form with yoga and pilates and weights..and everyday I feel stronger. I am practically there with my fitness. The feeling of the muscles working as they once did is phenominal! I am strong! We really must listen to our bodies and if they want a rest, do it. Our bodies are temples that hold divinity within them, so as you would respect a temple, respect and honour your body..and your divinity will shine!! Namaste Salaam Gaia Mother Sofia
