Comic’s Satirical Illustrations Are A Mirror Of The Dark World We Live In

Art has always been a mirror of the era we live in. And, while we earlier preferred to look at art/comics to give ourselves a break from our mundane existence it is no longer completely light-hearted. Artists have really pushed their boundaries to make their work a reflection of the dark reality we live in.

What’s even great is that the satire of their art is not lost on the world who acknowledges their work and lauds them for being brave enough to put out such thought-provoking work.

Something similar is aptly reflected in the comics of artist Asaf Hanuka. His work has a deep, dark, underlying meaning that will blow your mind once you understand what it’s really about.
