A Punjabi man is in the news again, but this time for a very bizarre reason.
A Punjabi man named Jaskaran, was arrested for biting an Air Canada flight attendant’s finger after a heated argument.
The flight AC 70 was en route to Delhi from Toronto’s Pearson International Airport.
The plane was halfway over the Atlantic Ocean when the incident occurred. The time of the incident was around 8:57 AM according to local time and it was already 2 and half hours since the plane took off.
Jaskaran who is a resident of Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada was arrested immediately after the plane landed back at the Pearson Airport. He was going to Punjab to meet his family.
60% of the 232 passengers on board the Toronto-Delhi flight were from Punjab and were heading back there. Needless to say, the whole fiasco inconvenienced them a lot, considering this was the second time their flight had been rescheduled.
Although that is one very weird way to deal with an argument, it is funny AF as well.
