There are numerous songs that remind us about the invaluable service of pigeons in sending messages across borders. Be it letters or telegrams, the birds have, for long, posed as messengers, carrying love sonnets in the times where Internet had not boomed!
However, times have changed, and so have the messages. Interestingly, the carrier is still the same. But behold, what you’re about to see may change the way you look at innocent pigeons forever!
According to Al Arabiya, Kuwait customs has seized narcotic 178 pills from a backpack that was wrapped around a homing pigeon which is believed to be coming from Iraq.

That’s right, a BACKPACK!
As shocking as it sounds, reports suggests, the pigeon was caught above a building near the customs’ department in Abdali province near Iraq’s border.
But, given the conditions, Twitterati can’t decide if they can be mad at the pigeon for reasons known to them!
