A Child Victim In Peshawar Massacre Writes The Most Powerful Letter To His Mother

16th December, 2014 – A day that left a permanent scar on the face of humanity.

A day when 145 innocent souls laid their lives for a crime they never committed. A day when the killer and the victim both chanted the same God’s name: one for mercy & one for zealot.

O ye who believe! stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even as against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or poor: for Allah can best protect both. Follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest ye swerve, and if ye distort (justice) or decline to do justice, verily Allah is well- acquainted with all that ye do.

– Verse 135 of Surah Al-Nisa (4th chapter of the Qur’an)
