One Tweet To Mumbai Police Got This Masturbating Pervert Arrested Within 3 Hours!

Living in India, getting cat-called and harassed by men is so common that women often overlook it and try to avoid it altogether. But that just gives these sick men more power and then things get out of hand.

The girls were perturbed, but they quickly clicked a photo of the pervert and sent it to their friends, one of whom uploaded it on Twitter and tagged the Mumbai Police, asking for help.

 

Mumbai Police were super alert and they replied to her tweet within minutes and asked for details of the man.

The girls had also taken a photo of the guy’s number plate, which was helpful in nabbing the guy.

 

Withing three hours, information was circulated among the Bandra Police officers, and the guy, identified as Rais Likayat Qureshi, was caught from his home in Bandra.

Through the guy’s bike’s number plates, the police were able to track him through CCTV footage, and identify where he lived. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone IX) Satyanarayan Chaudhary further explained,

 
Thus the presence of mind of the two women helped in catching a sick pervert. Let this be a lesson for all those who get harassed on a day to day basis.

Kudos to the Mumbai Police for taking such swift action.
