Meet Pakistan’s HULK, Who Weighs 435 Kg And Can Pull A Tractor With His Bare Hands!

A green coloured, huge in size super human who is able to throw his opponents into air, crush vehicles and other objects like they are made of clay and make other people look as tiny as ants. Yes, I am talking about ‘The Incredible Hulk’. We have all read his comics and watched him in cartoon shows and movies, but have you ever seen a ‘Hulk’ in real life?

Arbab Khizer Hayat, a 25-year-old resident of Mardan, Pakistan has been declared ‘Pakistan’s Hulk’. The reason, he weighs a whopping 435 Kg and can pull a tractor, all by himself!

Despite his extraordinary weight, Hayat faces no health issues and aspires to become the world’s strongest man.

 

The ‘Hulk’ consumes up to 10,000 calories every day. His daily diet includes 36 eggs, 3 Kg meat and 5 litres of milk.

The 6’3” man started bulking up in his teens. He continued gaining weight to achieve his goal of becoming a weightlifter and enter into strongman championships. He even carries a replica of a WWE belt with him.

“My immediate goal is to enter WWE competitions. I am looking to meet weight targets and I am consulting doctors to keep nutrition going.”

With the strongman championships mostly been dominated by westerners in the past, it would be nice to see a South Asian at the event.
