The play is based on Harry’s eldest son Albus, as the father manages his past and his current profession as Auror and the son deals with the legacy that his father has created. The cast was announced a few months ago. Jamie Parker, Noma Dumezweni, and Paul Thornley will lead the cast as Harry, Hermione, and Ron.

On public demand, the script of the play is being launched this year

Due to increased pressure from fans abroad who also wanted to experience the latest in the Harry Potter tales, the Little Brown publishing house in the UK will release the script of the play in book and e-book form on, yes, the 31st of July this year.

So dust off your old scarves, line up outside bookstores, and dip into the world of Harry Potter again, as The Cursed Child comes to everyone in five months’ time!
