As per the report by The Indian Express, the actor was living at Firoz Nadiadwala’s house ever since the stroke and coma in 2016. When his condition began to deteriorate in the night, he was rushed to the hospital where he passed away.

The actor will be cremated today, i.e. 14th December, at 3 p.m in Santa Cruz, Mumbai.
We are deeply saddened by the news and it might still take us time for it to sink in. He will always be remembered as the man who gave us “Baburao” and his hilarious dialogues.
R.I.P Neeraj Vora.
