You can go anywhere in the world, eat whatever you want, but nothing will feel heavenly until it has your mom’s magical touch. That’s the power of mom-made food.

Be it the regular daal-chawal or full-fledged meal of chole-bhature, she knows the right ingredients to keep you interested in the food she makes. But what really used to make the rats in our stomach excited beyond control were the fun, experimental recipes that she used to make for that small (but strong) hunger pangs that turned us into hungry felines when we reached home after school.

Because it was these snacks that once left our taste buds to enter our stomachs, made us cry and miss them!
